We have another amazing writer to showcase on this #WeekendWriting, our second winner of the ‘Siblings’ competition, Rachel Lewis! We are so excited for the publication of her full collection (and so should you be!)
Rachel is a 23-year-old poet living and working in London. She makes poetry happen by writing, performing and collaborating with other artists. Her poetry has been previously published by The Poetry Society, the Poetry Book Society and Kindling Journal among others. Her Siblings pamphlet with the Student Wordsmith will be her first full length collection, a fact she is unreasonably excited about. Other recent poetry projects include a collaborative circus and poetry performance with the Roundhouse, and working with Poet in the City as a 2017 Young Producer. She studied English Literature at the University of Cambridge, where she led Chameleon, the university’s creative writing network, and was a poetry editor for the Mays anthology. You can follow the confusions of her daily life, writing exploits and travels @rachel_claire_l on Instagram.
Look out for more information on Rachel and our ‘Siblings’ pamphlets soon!
